Pro Movers UAE provides moving, packing, relocation, furniture moving, storage, and related services across the UAE. Services are subject to availability and the terms agreed upon with the customer.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the agreed scope of work. Additional charges may apply if the moving requirements, volume, access conditions, distance, or requested services differ from the original quotation.
Once the moving quotation is confirmed, the customer must pay 25% of the agreed total amount in advance to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the move.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required move-in and move-out permissions, building approvals, parking permits, or access permissions before the scheduled moving date. Delays or additional charges caused by missing permissions may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must provide accurate information about the items being moved and inform Pro Movers UAE of any special requirements, access restrictions, parking limitations, or building rules before the move.
Customers should keep their personal documents and valuable belongings in a safe place and carry them personally. This includes passports, identification documents, building/property documents, cash, jewellery, keys, mobile phones, laptops, and other important or valuable personal items.
Customers must not ask us to transport illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items. We reserve the right to refuse items that may create a safety or legal risk.
We take reasonable care when handling and transporting belongings. Any liability, insurance coverage, or compensation will be subject to the applicable service agreement and coverage selected for the move.
Cancellation or changes to a booking may be subject to applicable charges depending on the timing and circumstances. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
